The Basics
Full Name: Dillon Lucas Mackenzie
Gender: Male
Age // DOB: 16//June 4
Grade: Sophomore
Financial Situation(well-off, middle, poor): Middle class
The Appearance
[/blockquote]
Appearance(two paragraphs): Dillon isn’t a great looker nor a horrid ugly monster that you want to run from. He likes to keep his looks down to earth and simple, meaning he doesn’t over obsess of what his hair looks like or if he’s wearing the best clothes. He’s a pretty tall boy standing 5’8” or near 6’0” as he likes to tell his brother. His hair is his favorite asset. It’s about ear length and a dark luscious brown to which he likes to add spices of color with ties. Yeah, he likes to wear ties in his hair but not very often anymore seeing as he has to borrow his dad’s ties to do so.
His face is normal or so he says. It’s neither too big nor too small. There’s a button nose in the middle surrounded by his brown eyes that are full of hope when the light shines on them. His body in and of itself is rather slight. Weighing in at only 125, he’s on the lower end of the scale but what can be expected when half your life is being spent running from your home? He has the body that would be great for a soccer player or a track star but definitely not a football player like his brother and father before him.
Flaws: Dillon has never been strong or a big gym freak. As such his weakest asset towards his appearance would be his muscles, he has very little of them. It makes it hard to compete with other guys, mainly his brother, and even harder to protect himself from his dad.
Assets: Without a doubt Dillon’s greatest asset to his look would have to be his hair. It’s smooth and soft, he likes to think that it was his mom’s because it was too dark to match his fathers but he’s not too sure. He likes to credit much of his dates to his hair, that and his eyes, but mostly his hair.
Celebrity Claim: Joe Jonas
The Personality
Personality(two paragraphs minimum): Dillon is what you’d call the quiet type. He doesn’t like to talk to many people for fear of what they’d think of him. His confidence is somewhat non existent to say the least. Maybe it had something to do with getting the most beatings or maybe it just had to do with his chemical makeup, what ever it was he was a quiet person. Sure he has friends and he talks to them non stop but when it comes to meeting someone new he has problems finding the right words to say at times.
Funny, yep that’s another word to describe him. Dillon is a little jokester and loves to make others laugh. Although not everyone gets the chance to know him and hear all the jokes he can tell. He started telling jokes to Hunter, his brother, to make the beatings not as bad and it grew from there. Now Dillon is a regular comedy act waiting to begin.
As well as funny and shy Dillon is very caring towards others, there is something deep down that makes him want to help others. He credits this to the lack of help he received from others about the abuse, other than his brother. When he sees someone who’s kind of down in the dumps he has to go over and see if they’re okay or not and make sure that they don’t like jump off a building or something like that.
personality flaws: As good as it is that he cares everyone always tells him that his nature of caring is going to be his downfall. He has an utter lack of ability to say “no” to anyone and as such he misses a lot in life. He’s trying to fix this so that he can pick and choose but right now he’s just a caring sun of a gun.
personality assets: There is no doubt about it his ability to say the right thing at the right time is a definite asset to his personality. He likes talking to others, well others that he knows, and more over he likes to correct them. It’s an uncanny ability that he likes but others tend to hate, but he always has something to say that either agrees with them or disagrees with them and usually he’s right.

Fears(one paragraph) There is always a constant fear to Dillon that one day he’s going to wake up and Hunter won’t be there for him. He knows that eventually Hunter is going to go to college next year but he really wishes he’d go someplace close so they could still hang out together. As always he’s afraid of his dad and what he might do to the poor boy next but he tries his best to not think about that. His number one fear is dying at the hands of his father.
Hopes and Dreams(one paragraphs): Dillon has always had the goal of finding his mother. She left when he was really young and he never got to know her, it is because of this that he wants to find her and figure out why she left them. He also wants to make it to college and then on to become a doctor of some sort but work with kids.
The History
History(three paragraph minimum):
Dillon was born during the middle of the night and placed almost immediately in the neonatal ICU. He’d come out not breathing well due to complications during pregnancy, and he had a small whole in his heart that he was destined to die from. After spending weeks in the ICU he was well enough to have a surgery to fix his heart. The surgery went well and he was to make a full recovery the family’s recovery was not to be as well.
From the moment he came into the world Jason Mackenzie was worried from dawn till dusk that his second, and last, boy would die on him. He and Lauren fought constantly over what they should do about him and should they try this surgery or not what the risks were, that kind of stuff. It wasn’t long before Lauren grew tired of it and left both Hunter and the newly one year old Dillon in the “capable” hands of Jason. That was the worst mistake of her life.
By the time Dillon was four he knew all the short cuts between his house and the park and which one he should use on certain days. His father, angered by his mother’s leaving, blamed everything on little Dillon. It wasn’t long after the second birthday of Dillon that he started beating up on the kids. At first it was equal abuse between both boys but then it got to be more towards Dillon, the cause of everything.
As the boys grew Hunter became more of a father to Dillon than any child should have to be. He protected Dillon as much as he could and got him out of the abusive home as much as possible. Soon the boys made a deal that neither would tell of the abuse but they’d always be there for each other.
Now the boys are just trying to stay alive and safe. Hunter takes good care of Dillon no questions asked and that’s why Dillon and Hunter get along so well, they’re close.
